Budgeting & Finance Planning
We provide a wide-range of budgeting and financial planning services including:
- Preparing and maintaining staff salary schedules, linked to pay-scales if required, calculating employment on-costs such as Employers NIC and Pension Contributions, and calculating provisions for cost of living increases, redundancy and absence cover.
- Preparing fully costed budgets for individual projects, funding bids and the organisation as a whole, with management and overhead costs apportioned across services and/or individual projects.
- Identifying unit costs and other value for money indicators. (*)
- Preparing cash-flow forecasts tied to expected timing of funding receipts.
- Reconciling the timing of various funding streams to the organisation's year-end.
- Identifying the full costs of the organisation, and individual activities for pricing services. (*)
- Identifying the impact of changes in levels and/or types of funding.
(*) These areas are important areas to consider when offering services which are intended to be paid for out of personalised budgets.
